This is one of my primary functions as a sign maker. I take great pride in the design and fabrication of these kinds of signs. I’ve got many different ways to do it, and I’ve done it even more ways than that. You will receive a product worth every penny you’re quoted.
Most often and nowadays I use the heaviest paylight foamed outdoor PVC I can find, but sometimes I’ll use HDU. It’s rare, but I’ve also used woods when suitable and quality wood is available. The synthetics I can make appear to be wood, and so close you just about have to touch it to know any difference.
These guys vary in size, and they vary in complexity. Colors can be from two and simple contrast to many, many colors. I use top quality paint to achieve this and the lines are always crisp and sharp- exactly what you’re wanting.
Price varies widely. I try to do my best, and I absolutely extend the savings from being a one man show and with low overhead and try to consider that even the smaller less afluent HOA’s should have a great sign, too. You won’t be disappointed.
